Aussie Avocado Toast

Why go to a cafe when you can make this in 5 minutes at home with Goldi extra virgin olive oil? We've added nigella seeds to zest things up, but you can experiment with various seeds and spices to add your nuance to this old favourite. Omit the cheese and you have a 100% vegan dish.

Serves: 1-2

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 slices of fresh, toasted bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • fresh goat's cheese, mozzarella, or your favourite cheese (optional)
  • 2 pink radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • Punchy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • a squeeze of lemon
  • salt & ground pepper


Step 1

After toasting the bread, add the avocado slices to the toast.

Step 2

Arrange cherry tomatoes and cheese on top of the avocado.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and add a squeeze of lemon. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with nigella seeds and radishes. Enjoy!
