Oliveto Cocktail

Serves 1

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  • 60ml gin
  • 30ml lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 7.5ml Licor 43 (Check them out: @licor43global)
  • 15ml Goldi Punchy EVOO
  • Egg white pasteurized
  • 7.5ml simple syrup
  • 2 medium ice cubes


Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, add gin, Licor 43, Goldi olive oil, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.

Step 2

Shake the ingredients for approximately 30 seconds. Then, add ice cubes and continue shaking vigorously until the ice is fully dissolved and you can no longer hear it clinking.

Step 3

Pour the contents from the shaker into a coupe, martini, or wine glass. Allow the foam to rise to the top and serve immediately. Sit back and enjoy!!
