What you need
- Ice block tray
- Fresh herbs to fill
- Smooth or Punchy EVOO
Wash and chop fresh herb. You can chop up the herbs or leave them in larger bundles or leaves.
Arrange them in the bottom of an Ice block tray so the fill up to 2/3s of the total space.
Fill with Smooth or Punchy EVOO, covering the herbs.
Freeze for several hours until Olive oil has solidified
Remove the frozen cubes from the ice trays and store in freezer bags or a lidded jar. When ready to use, remove a cube from the bag and transfer it to a frying pan.
